As soon as I walked in Rick was at the door welcoming me to Kia. He apologized for the construction work that was taking place inside (this didn't bother me) and offered me coffee and popcorn. Got some SOUL!! I had the pleasure of working with Mark Lewtschenko at Destination Kia while I was waiting for my wife's Sportage to be serviced. I really didn't have I had the pleasure of working with Mark Lewtschenko at Destination Kia while I was waiting for my wife's Sportage to be serviced. I really didn't have any immediate intentions of purchasing a new car, however I was in the frame of mind of 'within 2 months' when my Huyndai Elantra's payments were done! Mark was very professional and showed great patience as I test drove 3 different cars: a 2014 Soul, a 2014 Forte (fully loaded !!) and finally a 2013 fully loaded Soul, Sand colored with heated black and sand leather seats, sun roof, blue tooth and navigational system. Mark had to jockey the cars around to get my Soul out, but I immediately fell in love with it!! He showed me everything on the car, how it worked and spent several hours with me trying to work out a good deal, without being pushy at all. Then he introduced me to Shaun Collins, the sales manager who put together a great deal,including trading in my Elantra, and told me to take the car up to my wife at Exit 11 and when I came back we had a deal! I picked up the car the next day, and Mark once again showed me everything and synced my I phone to my car! I had a great experience at Destination Kia and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice new car. More
I purchased my car at Lazare Kia. When they closed, someone told me to go the other car dealer that claims to be "HUGE" (we all know who that is, right?). Well, they literally tried to cheat me by tel someone told me to go the other car dealer that claims to be "HUGE" (we all know who that is, right?). Well, they literally tried to cheat me by telling me that my transmission needed to be flushed - - even though my manual says it is not needed until 100,000 miles if ever. At the time, my car only had about 15,000 miles on it! They must try to sell this to everyone because they even handed me a written brochure with it listed as one of the service milestones. So that should make me believe I needed it, right? No. I called the actual Kia manufacture and they said my car did NOT need a transmission flush. I never went back to that less than huge dealer. I found Destination Kia and I'm never going anyplace else. Every single experience I have had has been positive and cost effective. Last summer, their shuttle driver even took me to a golf course so I could play in my league while they were servicing my car - and then promptly returned for me 2.5 hours later. Yesterday, I had another exceptional experience. Sean was super polite and very friendly. I left my car and went to take a walk. He called me to tell me I needed new windshield wiper blades - they would cost $20 and no charge to install. He wanted to know if that was ok? WHAT???? You mean they are not going to cost me $45 and $15 to install? Yes, that's fine Sean, thank you! Car was washed and Sean finalized the payment and sent me on me way. You folks are doing a great job and I tell everyone about your service. Please continue to keep your costs fair and your service great and you will have a life long customer. Thank you! More

The staff was amazing, friendly and keeps updating you as to what is going on regarding the purchase of your new car. I had a 2010 Kia that just had too many miles on it, the staff responded great that I wanted to trade it in. This is the first time I had a new car purchase good so smoothly. I am telling everyone about my great experience and will purchase other cars from Destination KIA. More
