Well, actually you kinda are the only customer with a bad experience from this weekend -- you've submitted several reviews using different names! You wanted a cheap Jeep and that's exactly what you got. You bought a very well-used 15 year old Jeep with 150,000 miles on the clock. You purchased the vehicle As-Is, How-Is, Where-Is with full disclosure. No warranty was expressed or implied or offered. You signed documents stating this fact. You knew what you were getting and you assumed all liability by buying such a vehicle. It could have failed at 20 miles, or 200, or 20,000 - there is no way for us to have predicted such. We've offered to assist as you mention above (although we are not in any way obligated to do so), but you have resisted that offer for your own reasons.

This is untrue you have not offered to assist with the issue at hand. You offered to pick the vehicle up and drive back to your dealership. When asked who would be responsible if your people wrecked we were told you’d have to get back to us??? Still waiting for that call?? Go figure. As far as different names yes there was 2 of us there that day and we both feel the same way about your shady dealings. I was told by your salesman that all vehicles are inspected and if they don’t pass they go to auction. So sir you are not only a thief but a liar I guess there is not much difference at DESOTO Ford!! You also tried to over charge us as other people have claimed and you had to go back and change the price as advertised. All I can say is you all are a bunch of crooks. How Ford & Jeep allow DeSoto dealership to represent their name is beyond me. Absolute worst experience I have had in 40 years of purchasing vehicles. And by the way the vehicle did have a 30 day 3000 mile warranty it was not purchased as is get your facts straight just another thing you’re deceiving the public about…
