the worst run service dept. Ive ever been to. have purchased over18 vehicles in the last 40 years at this delership. never have had such a rude experience. had our car for 6 mon Ive ever been to. have purchased over18 vehicles in the last 40 years at this delership. never have had such a rude experience. had our car for 6 months and never fixed it. finnally got a loaner which they came and got from my wifes workplace. they tried to take the vehicle with all her property in it including a gun and christmas presents. she asked them to bring her car and trade and they laughed and walked out.she stopped them and the police arrived, gave my wife a ride to dealer to get her car. we took the unfixed car to jarrett ford in pt charlotte and traded it with a sales person that used to work at desoto ford.their body shop said it is an easy fix and are changing the door. the car is still under warrenty and it woudnt cost them anything. worst service dept. ever run by the rudest people ever. dont reccomend this dealer to anyone nor will i evr purchase another vehicle there !! 0 rating More

Let's just say they had my truck for 2 months came in not running told me electrical problem then blamed electrical problem on another dealer that had worked on truck before at the end of two months it took running told me electrical problem then blamed electrical problem on another dealer that had worked on truck before at the end of two months it took them all that time to find a real problem which was water in the gas tank claim they were going to drop the tank clean the system out when I got the truck back I didn't even make it out of town it started to act up but then cleared up again after the second hurricane truck was sitting at dealers for the first one truck would not run again decided no way was I going back there after throwing away $1,500. I've got to take care of it myself found the problem crack in the fuel pump which is on top of the tank right below to split between the cab and the truck bed so all rain off running off of the crew cab pouring on the top of the tank. tank had never been touched or removed. Totally incompetent two months to find a problem that automobiles have had since they were invented. More
