Service with Randy Randy your service department representative noyified me two months ago there was a problem that kept the engine light on. That visit cost us. I brought the Jeep in two weeks ago with the engine light on . I recieved a loner becouse Randy said it would take all day to find out what the diagnosis was. The Dodge Journy had smoke billowing out of it and I promptly returned to the dealership . I returned,the keys to the Dodge Journy to the owner Matt Kratser.Randy informed,me it would be ten minutes amd I would be out of there. They finished in a few minutes and told me there was only the charge of the diagnostic fee of over $100. They did not charge me anything else. I returned Monday og this week withtheengine light back on. The owner stated it has been on thewholetime. He is unable to take time off of work. I was chatged over $500 for another repair. The customer service took $100 off the bill. Over $1000. In two,months. And the diagnosis was relivent to the first one. They should have taken care of the issue in January. Since I was so happy with my 2015 Edge Sport and was having Before Thanksgiving last year I got an email from Ford showing the new 2019 Ford Edge ST. Since I was so happy with my 2015 Edge Sport and was having an oil change done I asked Abby who to talk to in sales cause I wanted to see the changes in the new model. I was dazzled again as I was in 2015 so I ordered the ST. I've driven it from my house to the dealership twice so far and am very happy with the performance and handling with the all wheel drive.
