If Tyler is not available there is another great service advisor named Chris. Jeremy is the best master machanic, Jeremy diagnosed and fixed my car by the next day . (Not days) Matt is one I was told to see if you want to complain or give thanks. Matt has been there to listen to my gratitude 2x . I feel he would of listened to me complain also , but I have none. Love this dealership for their Service Center. As a Nurse working the hours I do it is difficult to get in for an oil change sometimes. I tried a closer dealership and was turned away in tears because I didn working the hours I do it is difficult to get in for an oil change sometimes.
