Love this dealership for their Service Center. As a Nurse working the hours I do it is difficult to get in for an oil change sometimes. I tried a closer dealership and was turned away in tears because I didn working the hours I do it is difficult to get in for an oil change sometimes. We were looking for a new 2021 Ford Mustang gt with a performance package…. I had three of them sold right in the middle of working out the numbers. I was getting frustrated to say the least until I seen performance package…. I had three of them sold right in the middle of working out the numbers. I was getting frustrated to say the least until I seen this beautiful mustang at desoto Ford. I inquired online got a call from Joanna right away asked her if it was still available and if she could give me a idea of what the numbers will look like since I live over two hours away. Joanna did just that. Once I was happy with the numbers she gave me over to Christy for the sales process. She contacted me promptly and we set up a time to come down and look at the car. She had the car all ready to do for us to test drive (which omg I fell in love right away) once the drive was done and they test drove my trade in we went to bill for finance. He crunched the numbers no pressure at all we laughed the whole time. 10 out of 10 I recommend this dealership. They are amazing. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work and getting us our dream car! More
