This dealership is a fraud. I did leg work to locate a car and provided all of the information and drove over an hour to Arcadia to give them my business. Michael the general manager Thanked me for my bus car and provided all of the information and drove over an hour to Arcadia to give them my business. Michael the general manager Thanked me for my business, and for coming so far to work with them and accepted a $1,000.00 down payment for the 2021 jeep unlimited sport altitude. I told them my timeline and that I needed to get a vehicle lined up before my lease ended. The car was 3 weeks out in transit to Arcadia. After waiting 2 weeks I was called and told it would be another 2 weeks but not to worry because it would be there before my lease was up. Then I get a call from Hector the sales agent who advised me that the general manager told him I cancelled my order. This never happened. Hector told me that the car was sold out from under me and that the general manager Michael was fired by the owner this past week due to countless acts of disrespect to employees and customers. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I have been in the car industry for over 30 years and have never been disrespected in such a blatant way before. They were not receptive to hearing my feedback and didn’t offer any resolutions to the issues they caused me. Now I am left with no car and a lease ending. The new manager is just as bad and has not done anything to help fight for me. Hector the sales agent has been in touch and let me know that they are not doing anything to help me. On Tuesday Dec. 28/2021 I took my 2015 Dodge Ram to this Dealer , in regards to a clicking noise coming from the dash. Spoke to Tyler in the Service Dept and he listened to the noise. He said was one of the actuators and he scheduled an appointment for the Following Tuesday Jan 4/2022 at 8:00 A.M. plus an oil change. Took truck back and was told would have to leave it and would call when repairs done. I expected that they would have the parts in stock or a least on order. Did not receive a call Tuesday or Wednesday . I called dealership 3 times on Wednesday afternoon for an update and was put on hold and then disconnected. When I finally reached Service Dept was told someone would call me back. When no one called back by 4:00 P.M. I had my sister drive me to the dealership to retrieve clubs that I needed for Thursday. Found out that they had not started to work on truck or do oil change. Was told someone would call with an estimate. By the time I returned home they had called my wife and gave her the costs of replacing 2 actuators approx. $1009.+ tax or 1 at $879.+ tax. She asked if they had taken dash apart or oil change done. Tyler said no nothing had been done. I called and told them was picking up truck that they had for 2 days and nothing accomplished. Totally unacceptable . I was informed that I would have to pay $298.26 for a 2 hour diagnostic , do not believe this was done . It took Tyler 2-3 min to tell us it was the actuator the week before. This is my time wasted should charge $130.00 per hour for my time. Service Manager Shawn Barney told me I was foolish for not leaving truck for the repairs. Dealership customer relations leaves something to be desired and would not recommend this dealer . If they were short staffed or could not get to the repairs a courtesy call may have been acceptable and I would have rescheduled . Lost a customer but I am sure they could care less. More
I’ve been shopping for a new truck for months. I was about ready to give up until I drove out to see the guys at Desoto Auto Mall. They had a wide selection of trucks all at a fair price! Made an offer online and had to call myself to find out if they received it. After that I was offered a deal without speaking to decision makers about details or a possible counter offer. I text the salesman about maybe countering and was told it would not change. I still made the counter offer on my trade amount but couldn't even get to the point of seeing someone. I guess this dealership is to good to deal with having a good dialogue or setting up a time so we could see what was possible. The salesperson, CJ was responsive but I guess management did not want to consider a sit down according to our conversation, which again ended with with "it will not change." I am not sure who he was speaking with internally but have moved on and dealing with another dealership. I don't want to give CJ a bad rating because I don't know why we couldn't at least sit down so where my disappointment lies is with the quick dismissal of my whole experience. I followed up a thank you to CJ for trying and crickets. Have a great day and I hope you stay safe and realize life is about relationships. My star rating is based on how quickly I was kicked to the side on a possible deal!!!!! More
