The Highlander is doing well - not even a month old. We wanted to thank - - Claudia Lopez as our Sales person - she responded quickly, helped immediately and without making us feel rushed or pressured a wanted to thank - - Claudia Lopez as our Sales person - she responded quickly, helped immediately and without making us feel rushed or pressured and answered everything to the best of her abilities. Other than in one question, she assisted us very well (this ‘one’ holds no merit over her great job). Additionally we would also like to include Casey Muse for his quick answers, super support in details over the vehicle and with that of our trade-in and assistance in general. - Michael Nunnari as our Finance person - he was very helpful, we felt no rush and he answered our questions and informative with great patience even when we had to call our Bank for payment. We will have our first visit with Service soon - for upgrades and will re-visit our input in the future. More

The published cost should include even the fictitious documentation charge, etc. When this becomes a reality, that organization will become my new place for getting a new car. As it is now, Desert is a decent dealer, but I still dislike buying a different car. Servicing is excellent! More

Me and my husband went down to Desert Toyota to buy a car. I was so excited to pick out our new car. We purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla SE certified with 20000 miles on it. We have the car a couple days car. I was so excited to pick out our new car. We purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla SE certified with 20000 miles on it. We have the car a couple days and someone called and said come down to the dealership we have a surprise for you. And I was thinking a free oil change for a $25 gift card to their gift shop some kind of nice surprise. So I gave myself about 15-20 minutes to spend there before I had to go to work and the finance guy Tyler told me that after I was approved earlier in the week now we have to put another $1,000 down and our monthly payment was going to go up a lot. I told him this is my surprise? And I was upset then he sat down and went over the loan stuff and I got approved just me. Then I let Kendra know that I had a ripped bumper and her and Yohan looked at the car and I had to leave and they said they were going to give me a call and never did so then I called the following Monday and talk to Yohan and he told me there's nothing he can do because that's the way the bumper comes from the factory. When by my bumper is clearly ripped and does not come out of the factory like that. So Yohan told me he's going to give me a free tank of gas Instead of fixing my car. After arguing with him for a while I just told him I was going to talk to his manager . So I talked to Kendra the customer service rep. And she said bring your car down to Toyota. Let's schedule a time and day for your car to get looked at. So we set it up for today Saturday the 10th of October at 2 p.m. when we get there it's her day off and nobody knows what we're talking about talk about bad customer service. I would recommend shopping around and pay super close attention to the vehicle you buy because if it's certified like mine you shouldn't have to check it out but definitely do because you might have a rip bumper this is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car and will never go back to Desert Toyota ever again. More
I was looking at used cars and had the same experience as another reviewer where the sales manager put on the table a price higher than advertised and much higher than the max KBB value. This is not only disrespectful to customers but a form of bait and switch. They proceeded to talk down to us saying we’d not find what we wanted in the price range we had.. We did find the same car at another dealer that was priced fairly and was within our budget. I will never go Desert Toyota to purchase a car. More
They advertised a car for 19,500. I was very interested in the car and told them since I was paying cash I needed the full price of the car. I had figured out the price of the car with taxes and licence .t in the car and told them since I was paying cash I needed the full price of the car. I had figured out the price of the car with taxes and licence .the price they came to me with was 27,000 . That was over 7,000 dollars the price of the car. There was "disclaimer"that they said explained the car would be more than advertised but that was ridiculous . I would never have looked at the car because my max was 20,000. It was extremely shady practice . I did buy a RAV 4 from Quebedeuax . That was an honest no hidden fee dealership that I will go to from now on . I am a lifelong toyota driver and I will never buy or trust Desert . More

So I said let me think about this for a day before I make a decision. I called the next day and spoke to Kyle in the service department and he connected me with a used car salesman. Kyle was wonderful he was honest, straight forward regarding the highlander and what it would cost to fix everything $6000. I was a bit hesitant to finance another vehicle because I had been without a car note for awhile. But I spoke to Johan and told him exactly what my problem was and what my interest were and he went to work right away. And he found it I was thrilled and even got me a lower note than we had discussed. Buying a car can be a nerve racking experience from start to finish but I am so grateful that mine wasn’t 😁. I never felt pressured into any vehicle, everyone explained the process from start to finish. Thank you Dylan you made the experience that much better the time seem to fly bye! Thank you Johan for helping me and all the time you took finding me the best deal possible. My family & I are so happy with my purchase I will definitely be back for my next Toyota! Desert Toyota is definitely the best dealership I have dealt with in twenty years. More
