I have a new 2021 RAV4 purchased in California, but I am going to be living in Tucson. I have been in twice with a potential warrantee issue. Both times, I have been put off and placed in an appointment with a long waiting time for attention for the potentially unsafe conditions. Both times the service people were surely and offered no real advice as to how I might quickly solve the problem. No one was interested in helping me navigate the console. Since there are two dealers in Tucson, I will be doing all of my service with Precision Toyota for the foreseeable future. My experience with Precision Toyota has been exemplary and would recommend that dealership far above and beyond Desert Toyota. More

Let's see when you order a 54000 dollar vehicle and order Rubber floor Mats for the car the same day you put the down payment on the vehicle and they say verbally yes we will order them and as well the finan Rubber floor Mats for the car the same day you put the down payment on the vehicle and they say verbally yes we will order them and as well the financial advisors you ask that same day to include them in the loan and they say that is fine then you get your new car and days go by without getting your floor Matt's then you call and they say they were busy and say they will order them then you give them a bad rating since they barely would even order your car for you then there customer service rep calls you and ask what the problem is then the day after that she calls you back saying your car came with floor Matt's there carpet I said those come with the vehicles already real funny then even before this all the sales person James states yes I will order the floor Matt's then they never get you any and say there was none documented well when I bought the vehicle and paid the deposit for the toyota hylander it was all verbal when they special ordered the car because it was a hybrid either way doubt I'm lying when you spend 58000 on a car and put 6 grand down thanks for treating a veteran good so i called the Corp office and opened a claim and am filing a claim in civil Court for 800 dollars worth of floor Matt's didn't ask for this and can't believe they treated my like xxxx as a customer don't recommend this dealer to anyone in tucson or Arizona More
