I took my 2019 Avalon in for a oil change and a spray coating, I bought the car new at this dealer ship, never had a problem… until yesterday, I made the appointment a week ahead of time they offered ME coating, I bought the car new at this dealer ship, never had a problem… until yesterday, I made the appointment a week ahead of time they offered ME the choices of time and day, 10 am Monday, so I get there and they tell me it will take about 2 hours ok a little long.I left 4 /12 hours latter… what a xxxx show I’ve never seen anything like this and then they tried to tell it was my fault for not making the appointment earlier WHAT the times were offered to me I picked one due never have experienced such incompetent business in my life, I’m sure the owners of this business answer to some one and.believe me I will be talking to them today… More
