I made the call and spoke to the internet sales guy named Lou. Confirmed he had the car, negotiated the price in 1 minute, held the car with a $500 refundable deposit via credit card, and hopped on a plane. When I arrived, the car was exactly what I wanted, clean, prepped, and ready to go. Did the paperwork, offered a cigar, and off I went!!<br><br>The next morning, I noticed a flaw on the steering wheel cover. An hour wait in service resolved the problem, and I drove the 250 miles home. <br><br>All this from a dealership that knew they'd probably never see me again! You know what? I'd fly back to do business there! More
