We took our flying spur into the dealership last fall to have the window mechanism fixed. During the repair process they scratched the window tint badly. We returned to the desert this last week, and return have the window mechanism fixed. During the repair process they scratched the window tint badly. We returned to the desert this last week, and returned to the dealership to have the tint fixed. When we came to pick up the car one B center cap was missing. We know it was on there since before we took the car there we washed it including the wheels. When we reported the missing center cap, they said those things fall off all the time. I own three Bentleys, I’ve had this one for twelve years and the center cap has never fallen off any of them. More

Terrible , poor attitude Caught the salesperson in a lie 3 times. Didn’t know what he was talking about. Would say one thing, run ask the gm come back and say another. Sales service is not good. Totally forgot the extended warranty and wheel/tire warranty they sold me. The only thing they remembered was collect the money. Service is no good neither. My Bentley came back damaged each time in for service. The quality has dramatically dropped since Dennis retired. The positive point was the price, but their attention to detail in follow-up was severely lacking. They made mistakes in the licensing and paperwork that required multiple follow up calls and made a monetar detail in follow-up was severely lacking.
