Mr. Barron was a pleasure to work with. As a person who has owned Jaguars since 1980, I have never experienced such poor quality detail work. My car was rinsed; not washed. I had to come home and redo the windshield, wipe the wheels and clean one floor mat where a dirty footprint was left. This has happened each time I came in for service/repair. Your unattractive waiting room and careless detail work are not what I expect from a Jaguar dealer. More
