Kevin in Service is my new hero After purchasing a new Porsche a couple years ago there were a couple of factory defects detected early on which were difficult to diagnose. This car, btw is my 4th new Porsche and my most favorite car I've ever owned, The car is absolutely stunning and stops traffic wherever it goes.. So after chasing the ever elusive problem for some time, it became difficult to diagnose and correct. The previous service manager actually gave up. But once Kevin got a chance to address the issue, it was finally very quickly resolved once and for all. He graciously provided me a loan car for the couple day duration and he won back my confidence and trust in this dealership.. His warm and professional attention to us in finding and correxting this very rare problem was impressive and very much appreciate to say the least..
