Frustrated by recent service I took my F-Pace in for its first maintence. Previously I have only had one major issue (some sort of running in the steering column that they had tri I took my F-Pace in for its first maintence. Previously I have only had one major issue (some sort of running in the steering column that they had tried to fix twice with no success) so I wanted them to tovtry and fix that again. I made an appointment for the Friday morning before Christmas to Tal the car in. I had not asked for a loaner, but they said they might have one for me. Then they said they didn’t know if they could get the car back to me before the end of the day, would it be OK if they kept it over the weekend? I pointed out that this was a three day weekend. Then I told them I had a car I could drive if they could take me home. I waited about 45 minutes for their shuttle driver and finally got taken home. On the Tuesday after Christmas I called the service advisor to see when my car would be ready. I only got his voicemail so left a message. About 1pm he called me to let me know my car was just now being assigned to a service technician. What!!! Absolutely nothing had be done to my car up to this point. Why did I have to be without it for the long weekend. I also pointed out that I had an appointment for the previous Friday and resented the fact they had not started service then. I was told that my “appointment” was simply with the service advisor and was not a guarantee of service for that day. Seriously? So they started service late on Tuesday and of course didn’t finish that day. Nor did they finish it o. Wednesday. On Thursday I got a call that there was a new Service bulletin on my steering issue, but it would require them to order parts that wouldn’t come in until Friday. I did finally get my car back from them on Friday, one week after I took it in for routine maintenance with an appointment. Funny thing, the paperwork did not indicate that any new parts were installed for the steering issue. I think I was lied to along and taken advantage of because I said I had another car I could use. I have no faith in the service advisor or the dealership st this point. More

A Car Buying Disaster On October 25th, 2017, I gave a deposit to Porsche of Rancho Mirage/Desert European Motorcars, an Indigo Auto Group dealer on a new 2017 Porsche Cayen On October 25th, 2017, I gave a deposit to Porsche of Rancho Mirage/Desert European Motorcars, an Indigo Auto Group dealer on a new 2017 Porsche Cayenne. It has been nothing short of a disaster ever since. There is not a single aspect of the transaction from deposit to delivery that has not been mishandled. The sales tax was computed incorrectly, the financing botched and I am unable to drive my car 2 months after giving a deposit because they can’t provide me with either my license plates or the paperwork necessary to go to the DMV and get them. The insult to the injury has been a complete and total lack of customer service. I have been repeatedly surprised by the awful service given from a luxury brand. Unfortunately for me, this experience has robbed me of any joy and/or pride I was looking forward to with Porsche ownership. I can not stress it strongly enough, if you have other dealer or brand options, give them strong consideration. More

Service department unorganized I have been waiting for over 12 months to have a recall done to my Audi airbags. Parts were the problem and finally they called me and said they were in stock. Booked and appointment and took the car in. In the afternoon I got a call that the recall could not be done since they don't have the parts. Total waste of a whole day for me and two trips to the dealership. Not much of an apology just excuses. More

Kevin in Service is my new hero After purchasing a new Porsche a couple years ago there were a couple of factory defects detected early on which were difficult to diagnose. This car After purchasing a new Porsche a couple years ago there were a couple of factory defects detected early on which were difficult to diagnose. This car, btw is my 4th new Porsche and my most favorite car I've ever owned, The car is absolutely stunning and stops traffic wherever it goes.. So after chasing the ever elusive problem for some time, it became difficult to diagnose and correct. The previous service manager actually gave up. But once Kevin got a chance to address the issue, it was finally very quickly resolved once and for all. He graciously provided me a loan car for the couple day duration and he won back my confidence and trust in this dealership.. His warm and professional attention to us in finding and correxting this very rare problem was impressive and very much appreciate to say the least.. Thank you again Kevin for restoring our faith and making our overall experience with this amazing car once again 5 star... More
