Two year service. Porsche service. Kevin Hayes, service advisor, was outstanding. I arranged for a Saturday pick up. The experience was less than satisfactory. The receptionist was no Kevin Hayes, service advisor, was outstanding. I arranged for a Saturday pick up. The experience was less than satisfactory. The receptionist was no where to be found, took approximately 15 min to find her and another 15 min to make payment. When I asked a Porsche salesmen for help he stated they were too busy. I finally found another salesman to find the receptionist. Seat and floor covers plus other trash was left to the car which I had to clean out. More
