Horrible, worst possible work not performed Scheduled a 9:300 am appointment a week in advance for reset of front sensor and alignment 3days later work still not started so I went to dealership Scheduled a 9:300 am appointment a week in advance for reset of front sensor and alignment 3days later work still not started so I went to dealership and was informed the alignment rack was broken, no call informing of that until I went to dealership, I informed Porsche sales person the new Porsche we were considering ordering not going to happen , there is an erogance that exists in this high line car dealership that I will not tolerate, also the two previous cars purched from this dealership were not very pleasant so this was the last straw, Porsche needs to pull there dealership from Desert European they have no customer servise. To many different auto makes, they are spread way to thin, no place to park, there car inventory is a jumbled mess parked everywhere mass confusion, no thanks More
Horrendous customer service I"m used to dealing with Porsche and Mercedes who have always (with rare exception over the past 20 years) treated me like a king when I come in for s I"m used to dealing with Porsche and Mercedes who have always (with rare exception over the past 20 years) treated me like a king when I come in for service. At this dealer I felt like I was a customer at a chevy dealer. First, we had to wait six weeks for an appointment if we wanted a service loaner (which we needed). After waiting for six weeks for an appointment we showed up at opening and were shuffled back and forth between service writers while they fought over who got stuck helping us - neither one appeared to want to help. Then they complained that our appointment was not until 1030 AM - even though the place was devoid of customers and there were three service writers there. They really appeared very annoyed at having to help us. And, Daisy (who was very rude on the phone) never told us 1030 at scheduling; she just said bring it by in the morning. When we finally got to talk to the service writer, he said they needed our car for a few days because they couldn't get it in that day - and all it needed was a software update. What is the point of having an appointment that we scheduled six weeks in advance, when they can't get the car in for a few more days? This was only a problem because we needed to head out of town and arranged our schedules around the appointment, and it definitely added to the frustration. All along, the service writers were cold and off-putting. They treated us like we were a major inconvenience. Finally, when we picked the car up, the software problems had not been completely resolved. This place has a captive market in the area and apparently rely on that. If possible, we'll be having our service needs addressed in San Diego or OC. More
You are way to busy to recommend anyone to your dealership Had to wait one month for an appointment. I know your physical space is limited but I can’t imagine jamming more cars in your service area.
