I brought my TRX in for routine service and any recall items. The vehicle was returned to me with a broken module disabling my sensors and cameras which were both working when the vehicle was brought in items. The vehicle was returned to me with a broken module disabling my sensors and cameras which were both working when the vehicle was brought in. Come to find out, one of the recall items was regarding the cameras. The service tech clearly had to know the cameras were not operating because they had to verify the recall item regarding the camera was repaired. The service department did not accept responsibility or accept any accountability and now the module is back ordered 45 days. More

This deserves half a Star 1 full is being too generous. I purchased a 2021 Durango Hellcat while I was on vacation in Florida for the winter. After them taking a month to get me the vehicle after I wired them the money because finance didn’t know how to copy and paste an address right and mailed important documents to the wrong addresses. The car comes and WOW 1st pulling it off the truck it ran out of gas. I had to drive to gas station to buy a gas can and fill 2 gallons in it and push the start button for 3 min till the gas got in the line and started it. 2nd the front bumper and passenger side rocker panel could be seen loose. They flopped in the wind as I drove and the bumper has to be pushed back on after each trip. 3rd while driving all I could hear was a grinding when I accelerated after Dodge telling me they couldn’t replicate I made a video and had another shop find it was the exhaust running the sway bar under the truck. 4th the inside of the vehicle when I got it was so disgusting it seemed that a woman’s and child ate boxes of candy and clipped their toe nails Insode the vehicle. Makeup all over the headliner and passenger seat. Gym on driver seat. Just gross. Week 2 with the vehicle and 5th issue taking it to the dealership again because the shocks are broke and won’t activate srt mode. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone that spends over 80,000 on a dodge and felt with this much xx. I would never recommend this dealership to even my worst enemy after all the xxxx I’ve gone through over this truck. I’m the clown of the year here More

Purchased used vehicle about three weeks ago. (Middle of December) Have had to bring vehicle in to be serviced 4 times (am here now!!!) Check engine light came on as I drove the car home the day (Middle of December) Have had to bring vehicle in to be serviced 4 times (am here now!!!) Check engine light came on as I drove the car home the day I drove it off the lot. (Repaired). I’m a cancer patient so I’m perpetually cold. As such, I insisted on getting a car with remote start. That stopped working on day 2. (Repaired). Brakes squeak and I’m told that they are at 50% so they won’t be replaced for another 15k miles. Sound system (U-connect) shuts off sporadically while driving. Told that they cannot fix the issue unless they can recreate it. So I have to leave car here (at dealership) for as long as I can be without a car (which isn’t long since I use it to get to and from work) so they can experience the issue. I’ve videoed issue on several occasions and they “can’t go off that”. The finance manager called me (while the car was there being worked on) and essentially told me that if I didn’t call the finance company to tell them the vehicle had been fixed, that they would keep the car. (Mind you I’d already had the car for 3-4 days and was already in love with it). The car has a 3 year warranty but the service manager says I bought the car “as is” even with the warranty. Please, please, please realize this dealership only has 1-2 stars!!! Find another dealership!! There are plenty in Las Vegas. More
Do not buy from them. I bought a new Jeep Cherokee from them that had 32 miles on it at the time of purchase. I was told that my car had been inspected to make sure everyt I bought a new Jeep Cherokee from them that had 32 miles on it at the time of purchase. I was told that my car had been inspected to make sure everything is just right. Well a year later I find out that I have been driving around on 3 wrong tires. I had tire rotations done only at their location and nobody caught the mistake. When I spoke to the management they told me there was nothing they could do except sell me tires at cost. So they want me to pay for tires I was already supposed to have. The managers excuse was that "we don't inspect every car that comes off the truck" even though they claim they do inspections before you drive it off the lot. I was planning on buying a Wrangler with them but after this experience I will never shop there again. More
