Horrible customer service and mark ups on their vehicles for no reason. Cars have been on the lot for months and still charging 15k over msrp. Not a good look for a returning customer. I purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 5. 7L in August, 2022. The purchase process was good, although it soon became apparent that some misrepresentations were made concerning the vehicle. H 7L in August, 2022. I am 76 years old, have owned a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of car dealers and service departments. This is the worst service department of all time. It is impossible to ask a question of the service department in advance of showing up. "Appointments" are a time to show up and get in line. For my first service experience, when I checked in, the young woman behind the counter was rude, arrogant, uncooperative, threatened to deny service and, so far as i could tell, was not very bright and had no concept of a customer. It was so bad that I did not receive a satisfaction survey from the manufacturer. I'm wring this review while on hold (51 minutes before I as disconnected) to ask a simple question about the upcoming service. If I had not fallen for the "discounted" prepaid service contract, I would NEVER to this dealer for ANYTHING. More
