Normally I have no issues when I go in for my scheduled services, but today I had to wait for 10 minutes past my appointment time for the service advisor ( Mr. I. Aguilar) to come get my car for the oil ch services, but today I had to wait for 10 minutes past my appointment time for the service advisor ( Mr. I. Aguilar) to come get my car for the oil change. He was not friendly and was rather dry and impolite as he did not even apologize for the wait. Then after waiting for over an hour and a half I went up to his desk to ask how much longer it would be, only to find my car parked at the front and my keys waiting on his desk (who knows how long the car had been ready for). Since he was not at his desk I asked another service adviser to help me. His name was Kevin—he was much more pleasant and friendly and explained things to me. He did a great job, and I’ll be asking for him next time I go in to do my service. More

Just dropped in without an appointment and the service writers were awesome in allowing me to drop my vehicle for an oil change. I had an appointment. I sat for almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked that my truck not get washed and there were water spots on my windshield and bu I sat for almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked that my truck not get washed and there were water spots on my windshield and bumper. The lug nut to unlock my tires was left in the console. That could have been put back where they got it from. More
