The car was cleaned and detailed very well and was in great shape. They had it out front waiting for me despite me arriving minutes after they opened. There was gnarly vibration on my test drive, but they fixed that and let me take it out again for another drive to confirm the fix. I would recommend Scott and team, and would do business here again. Purchased a 2015 Yukon Denali, had them do a walk around, and also had them put an extended Warranty. To get an extended warranty they have to do an inspection. I received the vehicle and before I even put 1 and also had them put an extended Warranty. To get an extended warranty they have to do an inspection. I received the vehicle and before I even put 100 miles I had it at the shop. The shocks were shot, compressor had to be replaced, the Antenna needed to be replaced. Warranty denied all because it was to soon with how many miles I put on it. Contacted Derrow Shirkey, was told AS is, even with there inspection, and added warranty. They don't care, def buyer be ware, they are not looking out for there customers. More
