My 1997 Dodge 1500 getting serviced My 97 was there for lube and oil change. It was serviced and inspected which show it needed wipers and valve cover gaskets replaced and a backup light My 97 was there for lube and oil change. The tech did a great job and I'm happy. I did bring my own Mobil One oil and K&N oil filter that I use on my vehicles. The 10% off coupon for service was refused . I always recommend Dependable to my friends and family. More

Oil Change, tire rotation I came in just before the service department opened. I was seen by a service writer shortly after opening. I was waiting for my car during the servi I came in just before the service department opened. I was seen by a service writer shortly after opening. I was waiting for my car during the service. I noticed my car was backed out of the service bay and pulled around the back, I assumed for a was. If I’m not mistaken the service writer Dave told me he would get me out of there after the wash. I was waiting as they were washing my car. I know the oil change and tire rotation is a quick service and my experience has been the the car wash take almost the same amount of time. I saw my car pull around from the back and I as I’m getting in my car I noticed some dried water spots and other small debris on my car. I didn’t think much about it at the time. As I was driving home I noticed everything was dry even when I rolled the windows down and back up there was no water. When I got home I walk around looking at my car and that’s when I realized that my car never did get washed. My frustration is from waiting around waiting for my car to be cleaned a service provided by the dealership. I makes me think about what other services may have been overlooked. More

Decent customer service, only had one issue overall Hector and his crew were awesome. I came here after my normal service center closed (West Valley). Long wait, but everything went well and the servic Hector and his crew were awesome. I came here after my normal service center closed (West Valley). My only issue is that I found out after I left the premises was that my SiriusXM service had somehow been deactivated/transferred during the servicing. A minor inconvenience but something to note. First time at this dealership Thought it odd when I pulled inti West Valley Jeep location on Roscoe in Canoga Park as usual and was told they were no longer serviced Jeeps. Horrible service I scheduled an appointment on Saturday for my jeep 50000 miles maintenance and when i got there on time, it took them 30 minutes to take in my car and I scheduled an appointment on Saturday for my jeep 50000 miles maintenance and when i got there on time, it took them 30 minutes to take in my car and the guy who checked on the appointment maintenance checked options, he simply unchecked them all and told me that the car isn’t at 80000 miles and these are not necessary. So i asked if he can at least check on the car navigation system and why isn’t the usb and sdcard ports working, so the other guy told him that they don’t take service on Saturday (knowing that my number was 1112 and while i was waiting i saw them giving numbers up to 1115). So after waiting for couple hours, and without a timeline for when are they going to check on the car, i asked them to give me my car back if they didn’t do anything yet and i left. More
