Only upside was hector's professional demeanor and help and the fact that I didn't pay a dime. More

Long wait, wrong oil! I didn’t mind the long wait but when I went to pay, I asked if they used the right oil, 100% synthetic that my car requires, they said yes but I asked I didn’t mind the long wait but when I went to pay, I asked if they used the right oil, 100% synthetic that my car requires, they said yes but I asked them to check and I was right for asking! They used regular non synthetic oil! They drained it and put in the synthetic, I think, I may never know. If I hadn’t asked they would have tried to get away with it. They didn’t even apologize! This is why I do not like using dealerships. Lost me as a customer. More
The importance of customer service It was my first time there. I used to go accross the street and apparently, they bought the dealership. I had bought a package of 3 oil changes and tire rotations. I had two left, so i was calling to find out if they would honor them. David said they only owed me one. So I booked a service appointment over the phone with him. He was abrupt. It feels like he does not care for his customers. He obviously had no time to talk nicely. Ok. Maybe he was busy. Then when we got onto their parking lot, an impatient driver was behind us. Almost bumping into us, so that we would move quicker. We later found out that he was actually a car sales representative! A man in his fifties. Finally, I dropped my jeep with a wonderful guy named Jaime. He was really nice and I sure was happy that David was too busy to welcome me. I give 5 stars to JAIME!!! When David called me to let me know that our car was ready, he was kind of in a rush as well. When I went to pick up my Jeep and did not know where to go, he pointed to the parts department as if I was a «stupid » person for not knowing where to pick up a car after it was serviced. It says « parts » on the door, how am I to know that is where I am supposed to go? My husband and I wanted to check the new electric soft top on the Wrangler and went in the showroom. The earlier impatient driver, was on his cell phone sitting like a 14 year old on a chair by the door, we were kind of disturbing him and he said sharply « what do you want? « We asked our question and a nice younger english man told us that the Jeeps are outside, but they only custom order those electric soft tops. So we left and this was our last visit to that dealership. We certainly will not buy our next Jeep there. One of my fiends wants a Compass and has asked me to accompany her on this car shopping adventure. I will not be taking her there for sure. We love our Jeep and think that shopping one and servicing one, should be as special as the car is. Thank you! More

Service Got my car towed there for oil leak. Terrible customer service, they ignore you. Waited about 40mins for them to help me. Service advisor Joe stated t Got my car towed there for oil leak. Terrible customer service, they ignore you. Waited about 40mins for them to help me. Service advisor Joe stated they wouldn’t loan a car to me because I’m a Jeep owner. He also had my car for 4 days and never diagnosed it or communicate with me. Because I have added care warranty he told he needed approval from them to even diagnose my car, but never called them because I called to check. Which a rep there told me, that they didn’t need approval to diagnose it. I then called joe back which takes hours to get a hold of him, he then said it would cost me $1600 to tear down my engine so they can diagnose the problem. That was the last straw, I couldn’t take the mistreatment from him and that service department. I then called keep customer care and they towed my car to Rydell in San Fernando which I immediately received great customer care. The service advisor there, text me his number right away, stated it would only cost $160 to diagnose my car instead of the $16000 dependable dodge was stating. The next day after having my car, rydell text me telling me what the problem was and that it was covered through my warranty. Dependable dodge had my car for 4 days and didn’t even find the problem and wanted to tear down my engine and charge me $1600 to do it compared to Rydell being $160 to diagnose and got the repair covered by my warranty. I do not recommend this place, has the worst customer service. More
Great service, fast and excellent value My 2017 Jeep Cherokee was having problems. It also needed an oil change. I came in and one guy told me what was going on before I even got out of the car. He know that the engine oil was probably low and that was why the car would stall. I got the oil changed quickly, and they did a safety check. Jaime Martinez was very helpful. I hope I can get him the next time my car needs service. He showed me a great service plan where you get an $80 oil change plus tire rotation for only $50 if you pre-pay for 4 visits. They even threw in a free car wash and boy, did my car need it! I really appreciated their service and professionalism. More

Very Pleased After our original dealership, Ellis Jeep was transfered to West Valley Jeep and then closed only to be incorporated in Dependable Dodge Chrysler Jeep After our original dealership, Ellis Jeep was transfered to West Valley Jeep and then closed only to be incorporated in Dependable Dodge Chrysler Jeep and gave them a call to take care of our recall issue with our 2013 Jeep Patriot. David in the service department was very helpful and got us in rapidly. Our vehicle was part was replaced and David provided a shuttle to and from our home. The vehicle was washed and taken care of professionally and within the promised time. David was exceptional and we now have a wonderful dealership for our needs. More
