I enjoyed the experience besides body shop guy Everybody were very professional as far as explaining the car inspection and working on the car the most impressive part of the experience was hand wa Everybody were very professional as far as explaining the car inspection and working on the car the most impressive part of the experience was hand washing my vehicle which was really a matter I wanted to do but didn’t have the time and the guy did great job. how ever it seems like there is some sort of sub contracted facility which is a body shop and the guy who sits there his name is lee I believe is not very nice and not very professional. The approach that he had towards a solution was horrible and rude and and later on it felt like he is trying to rip me off. Would be nice if a decision maker will approach to him and explain him that a young client might look naive but defiantly not stupid especially when I’m a sales trainer Thank you very much. More

Took a long time for a oil change. Took my Jeep in for a oil change at 8am didn’t get my Jeep back until about 2:30pm. Tires pressure on tires were not adjusted. Coolant was not filled, Took my Jeep in for a oil change at 8am didn’t get my Jeep back until about 2:30pm. Tires pressure on tires were not adjusted. Coolant was not filled, it’s lower than the minimum level. The paperwork said all tires where checked and all fluids were filled. Not the case. Disappointed. More

I had just purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep wrangler from a dealership in I have nothing short of an excellent experience with the service department. I had just purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep wrangler from a dealership in Norco, CA. I realized on the way back from the Norco dealership that the GPS was not working. Long story short, I didn't want to drive all the way out to Norco (some 95 miles from where I live) so I brought my Jeep into Dependable Dodge. Hector, one of the service managers, greeted me and let me know that he was busy with another customer and that he would be with me as soon as he finished with the previous customer. This was courteous and very professional. The car was there for 3 weeks but Hector kept me abreast of what was happening throughout the 3 weeks (replacing a wire harness and a couple antennas). When it was finally ready to be picked up he again went over all the repairs with me as did the technician, Scott. When I went to pick up the car, I had a few questions about certain functions the car offered and Hector kindly gave me a quick tutorial on how the electronic systems worked. Overall, I had a great experience. More
Jeep service I will never again visit this location. I will make the drive to Santa Monica. I dropped my car off for a 9:15 am appt. it was 15 after 5:00 pm, same I will never again visit this location. I will make the drive to Santa Monica. I dropped my car off for a 9:15 am appt. it was 15 after 5:00 pm, same day, and no one called to give me status, much less to say that my car would have to be kept over night. I phoned the location, a girl (I regret not taking her name down) answered and told me I had to wait, Joe, who was my helper, was with two customers. They were more important because they were in front of him. Even though I had been a customer since 9:15 am. She could not even give me a status, whether my car was ready or not. Very I’m personable, incompetent, unprofessional and unwilling to help it think outside of the box. Pretty sad. I then opted for making my way to the dealer, arriving a little before 6:00 pm. I was in front of Joe, who “had seen my paperwork, but knew nothing about my car”. Where is my car, I asked. He didn’t know. I asked to speak to service manager, who with a big smile, was leaving for the day. I asked if that was “Ron” I believe is his name, and Joe quickly went out to chat with him. The solution to this all was, I’ll put u in a rental for tomorrow and ur car is third in line”. As if my emotions and concerns didn’t matter- let’s give her a car and all is good. Really? It’s about communication- this shop lacks it 110%. Zero customer service and zero effort. I really hope this survey serves a good purpose! You don’t have a professional crew. More
I had to wait 2hours and 45 min.. For an oil change.. After I wzited about 25 min untill i wzs greeted and asked if needed help..after my car was done and should have been. Washed courteously.. Engine job Luckily I had bought the extended warranty for my Promaster City. It was losing too much oil. The insurance approved getting a new engine. Got lucky. Grand Cherokee service Was hard to get the appt made via the phone. Could not get a hold of anyone. This would be my only complaint.
