Bad service I was standing over 10 min next to my car waiting to be talked too and watched 2 employee look at me and not acknowledge me. I finally got the attention of a male Hispanic employee and he finally helped me out. I left my vehicle at 11:15am and picked it up at 2;10pm the service was just an oil change . I went on my own without be notified my car was ready. My vehicle was already serviced so he competed the paperwork . Your service dept is under staff and these two employees are doing the best they can but its not enough. I been going to your dealership for over a year and standard of service has been declining.
