Since 2005 I have owned 4 Dodge trucks and I am now hooked on Dodge. I have purchase trucks from two other Dodge dealers. This was the first time I stopped at Dependable Dodge. I visited four other dealers in last week. Dependabale Dodge dealer was an absulote BEST;the most friendly,warm and easy going dealer. I just felt like family,from the salesmen to the manager,and to the owner. I am hooked on Dependebale Dodge for all my trucks service and purchase's since 4-29-2010. I was searching for a particular Challenger model, color, and options. I had contacted several Dodge dealers, and most of them were pushing their existing stock. I stopped by Dependable Dodge, and spoke with Marc Antonucci. He was perfectly happy to order my exact car from the factory. He also offered a special discount for AAA members, which I am (he is a Fleet Sales Manager). It turned out that the discount price was very close to the offer I was going to make (I looked up dealer cost on the model and options, and was prepared to pay that plus several hundred dollars). The car was delivered on the exact date promised. I actually enjoyed talking financing with John Sternfeld (a rare experience), who exerted only minimal pressure to buy extended warranties, etc. Plus the dealership has a cool custom original Challenger in the showroom that they built themselves. What more could you ask? If you are shopping for a Dodge, I would highly recommend Dependable Dodge in a heartbeat. More
Brought Grand Caravan in for diagnostic and repair related to service engine light going on and off intermitently. Spent in excess of $700 and was told that service engine light problem was resolved a related to service engine light going on and off intermitently. Spent in excess of $700 and was told that service engine light problem was resolved and that the car was ready for an emission test. Took car to emission test station and was told I would need to drive the vehicle for 100 miles to reset the computer before testing the vehicle. Drove for 45 miles and, lo and belold, the service engine light illuminated again. The ONLY way this dealer was able to shut off the light was to shutdown the car's computer. If I had the means to sue, I would. More

I experienced terrible customer service at Dependable Dodge. They refused to honor warranty work and told me to take them to court if I didn't like it. My 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan is a worthless piece of junk that has had more trouble inluding brake failure, air conditioner failure, electric window failure and three recalls to date. I would not recommend this vehicle or Dependable Dodge to anyone. More
I've bought 3 trucks here - a 1995 V-10 dually, a 2004 Hemi Durango and a 2005 Cummins dually. No messing around with price on the last two. The finance people are pretty good, but it's best to have alternate financing available to encourage them to beat it. Service has been excellent, and my experience now stretches back over 10 years. This is the place to go if you want a Dodge or to have one serviced. More
