Pete worked with me to find the best financing available in order to get me in the Charger I really wanted. Unfortunately I had to return the car soon after for some unseen scratch and dent repair, but Pete in order to get me in the Charger I really wanted. Because I was very satisfied with the quality if service I received at Dependable Dodge, I knew that they would get first shot when it came time to buy a new car. After "building" my car using the online I received at Dependable Dodge, I knew that they would get first shot when it came time to buy a new car. After "building" my car using the online tools, I checked the value of my car and the amount owed. Going into my meeting with Pete, I knew that the deal was doable as I wanted. I expected to be talked into paying more or somehow make it a more profitable deal for the dealer. I was pleasantly surprised that none of that happened. When Pete looked at the figures I presented to him, his only response was to ask what color car I wanted. After verifying all the figures I presented, we had a deal. We quickly came to agreement on price, and the website allowed me to select the specific vehicle I was interested in before I had even visited. I was fortunate enough to work with Pete Nicholls who provided me with a painless buying experience overall. I ended up ordering my truck from the factory and Pete took the time to work through all of the options with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted without trying to pressure me into buying things I didn't want or need. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the options. When my truck was built and arrived in California, Pete was able to expedite the delivery to the dealership before I had to go out of town on Vacation so it didn't so I could get the truck before I had to leave.
