In the end I decided I could live with a RWD version and Pete took care of the rest. he found a vehicle setup the way I wanted and then helped get the financing squared away. His attention to detail was impeccable and I got a good deal. Pete was patient and explained everything and I felt that he really cared that I got a good deal and the car that I wanted. I just happened to stop in at Dependable Dodge just to look. The guy I bumped into out on the lot gave us all the time we needed with absolutely no pressure. He was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. We told him what we were looking for and within 30 minutes, we went from a sticker price around $35k to an out the door price around $25k. Suzanne and the team kept coming back to us with ideas for more discounts. Needless to say, we bought our first Dodge Ram pickup. Aside from the great treatment, I'm now a hugely converted Dodge fan and may never go back to any other brand. The few times we have had the truck serviced, the Service department has been equally great. Overall, Dependable is one of those places that you just want to tell everyone about because the experience was so great. And that guy we bumped into out on the lot, he's the owner so we appreciated the direct attention he gave us. More

I loved the small Mom & Pop nature of this dealership. there weren't dozens of "vulture" salespeople swooping down on me as i pulled onto the lot. we got down to business without l dealership. there weren't dozens of "vulture" salespeople swooping down on me as i pulled onto the lot. we got down to business without lots of game-playing. the 1-year old Minivan that i purchased came with only one key (it was previously a rental vehicle.) i bought the van and left the lot without a second key. when i got home i realized that, of course, i needed a back-up key. when i called, they first said i would have to pay $200 to make a second key and after a very simple painless conversation they agreed to make a key for me for free. i know a lot of dealerships would have said, sorry, we already finalized our negotiations, you have to pay for a second key. my experience at this dealership was a pleasure. even if you live in a different part of Los Angeles, it's well worth the drive. I like that Dependable Dodge is family-owned, not part of a mega-dealer public chain and that they had been in the community and that they had survived Chrysler's bankruptcy.
