Great service, nice people! I had a 7:30am appointment on a Saturday...1st of all, I was so happy they were open Saturday!! I got there a few minutes late, but was rushing to mak I had a 7:30am appointment on a Saturday...1st of all, I was so happy they were open Saturday!! I got there a few minutes late, but was rushing to make my daughter's volleyball game...they still took me in and got me out right away knowing that I was in a hurry. The lady in the front office was very sweet and the guy that helped me over the phone told me exactly whom I would meet with when I brought my car in. They made me feel like I've been a LONG-TIME client even though it was my 1st time there (and it was a "free" software recall update that had to be done, so it's not like they were making $$ off me either). They gave me a print-out of recommended maintenance (since I bought my Dodge used from a a non-Dodge dealer) but weren't "pushy" at trying to up-sell me on any services. I'm so happy with my experience, will definitely go back for future service needs. More

Bad Diagnosis Resulting in Unnecessary Repairs Brought in vehicle for diagnosis and was told that it was a bad water pump. I suggested it was the starter. Replace door panels on both doors that were damaged The service was very helpful and very fast and responsive. The work was done by the time I was told it would be.
