Poor service results I was forced to turn my car in for the emissions recall in order to get my registration tags. I had to rent a car for a week until my car was returned I was forced to turn my car in for the emissions recall in order to get my registration tags. I had to rent a car for a week until my car was returned to me. A few days later my car started shutting off while driving. I brought it back in and they had to to place the crank shaft sensor. This service did not fix the issue. I brought it back in where they repaired a harness. this service took a few weeks. It did not solve the issue. I brought it back in and they replaced, crank shaft sensor, Mother board and harness, but it took 3 weeks. When I got my car back, the driver seat was making a noise. Then 2 weeks later my car started another issue. They had to replace accelerator. They returned the car to me with the squeaky chair. They have now had my car for 2.5 weeks and had to replace the chair rail. During this time the person who took my car in quit and my car was never checked in. Upon road test, the car failed with check engine light. Still not fixed. My car has been in repair 5 of 6 months. More

Fixed the problem! I dropped off my car at the appointment time, then Jim (service advisor) tells me the engine dept. is pretty backed up! I didn't hear from the service I dropped off my car at the appointment time, then Jim (service advisor) tells me the engine dept. is pretty backed up! I didn't hear from the service tech (Jim), so I called in 2 days and he tells me to send in all the oil change receipts to see if the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty would cover the rocker arm ticking! No problem since I had the motor replaced at 86,000 miles and the car was at 102,000 miles of which Dependable Dodge did the 1st oil change. The next call I got was to pick up the car and the service advisor is no longer at that dealer, moved to AZ. My wife noticed All her maps and other stuff she had in the passenger side door was Soaked and of course the maps were damaged, still drying them out until we replace the maps!!! Yes, it rained last week, so why was the Door Panel soaked? Somebody must have left the window down! Also the floor mats were wet as well! Not a happy camper, but the dealer does good work and has performed good work in the past! More

Since stepping into the dealership I was treated as an equal, and it was apparent that my car buying business mattered to them – and not just for the money. Jonathan Booth was the key in the process, and he took good care of my needs. First contact and communication was established even before arriving to the dealership, and after test drive the number negotiation was done fairly and quickly (with trade-in included). The new car preparation was carried out in parallel to completing all the involved paperwork (thanks to Nick Naish for another great experience!). Overall I would recommend Dependable Dodge to anyone looking to buy/service a new/used Dodge/Jeep/Ram/Chrysler. They also have a good selection of used cars of other makes in the lot. In any case you will enjoy a dealership perks with family treatment. More

Check Engine Light on 2nd time with 20k miles Brought my truck to this dealership had check engine light on for the 2nd time which came up to be same issue i had 2 weeks prior. Left it running so Brought my truck to this dealership had check engine light on for the 2nd time which came up to be same issue i had 2 weeks prior. Left it running so light was still on and can be checked immediately as service writer got in my truck blamed it was on due that i changed the radio which has been in my truck almost a year now and no problems have ever occurred. Had to fight to get a rental for at least the first day and been told may be a few days to get to it due to holiday weekend which i get. But then tell me your going to charge me the whole time and possible diagnostic fee on top of that with a truck under warranty and a year old. Had to call dodge customer service to get things moving. Dealer did a tsb bulletin on the Transmission computer been OK so far. The dealer took care of the rental truck was done the next day. More
