Quick and easy I came in for 4 separate recall items for my 2016 Ram 1500 on a Saturday morning at 7:30 (I made an appointment a couple of days earlier). There were I came in for 4 separate recall items for my 2016 Ram 1500 on a Saturday morning at 7:30 (I made an appointment a couple of days earlier). There were all ready 2 customers ahead of me but I only waited about 10 minutes. I was promptly checked in and told that they would try to finish before they closed at 2:30. I received a phone call and an email notifying me that my vehicle was finished at 10:45. I was really impressed considering how long I thought it would take. The service guys were friendly and professional and all in all it was a really good experience. I highly recommend Dependable Dodge for service! More

Certified Pre owned Ram 3500 The sales department was great to deal with. I even met the owner of the dealership and he seemed to be very honest. They really wanted to be sure I purchased exactly what I wanted. I'm not sure about the service department however I had some things added to the used truck and it took them way longer than they initially estimated to get the job done. They also left two cables unplugged under the dashboard so the radio did not work and did not reset the information system to indicate service had been performed. The Bodywork and accessories added we're done perfectly so all in all I would still give them another chance. All I'm waiting for now is to get my second key fob and I will be perfectly happy. More

Terrible Brought my car in for a transmission at only 24K miles. Had to rent a car for $450.00. When I picked my car up 4 days later.
