Bad Battery on my used Ram 3500 I was to bring in the 2015 Ram 3500 I purchased 11 days ago to get the second key fob. (The previous owner did not leave it when he traded it in). The I was to bring in the 2015 Ram 3500 I purchased 11 days ago to get the second key fob. (The previous owner did not leave it when he traded it in). They never received the key from the previous owner so they gave me a new key and programed it all at no charge. When I went to leave home the truck would not start so I had to jump start it. They determined that one of the batteries was bad the other one checked ok. The batteries were not covered by the extended warranty but they replaced the bad battery at no charge anyway. More

Quick and easy I came in for 4 separate recall items for my 2016 Ram 1500 on a Saturday morning at 7:30 (I made an appointment a couple of days earlier). There were I came in for 4 separate recall items for my 2016 Ram 1500 on a Saturday morning at 7:30 (I made an appointment a couple of days earlier). There were all ready 2 customers ahead of me but I only waited about 10 minutes. I was promptly checked in and told that they would try to finish before they closed at 2:30. I received a phone call and an email notifying me that my vehicle was finished at 10:45. I was really impressed considering how long I thought it would take.
