Although, what he did next scared me, he pulled out the end of the dash cover and saw that a part of the cluster was not plugged in so he fixed that. More

Decent experience then a not so decent one. The first time I had an aux switch bank installed in my new JL Wrangler that went well except for a tiny gouge in the dash. Second time I was supposed to have a glove box replaced because of scratches that came from the factory. Well, they kept the car for an entire day and after picking it up, and after close inspection, I saw that it hadn't been replaced at all. It was the original glove box with the original scratches. This was last Friday evening so my service rep had already left not to return to work till the Tues. I brought my car back yesterday (Monday) and after questioning another service rep I came to find out that the new glove box "was damaged." He said they'd have another glove box delivered "next week." Why they didn't tell me Friday when I picked up my car is beyond me. More
