Fast and Quick service. I bought my car there 14 years ago and they still treated me as if I bought it yesterday. I when in for normal oil service and was informed me of a r I bought my car there 14 years ago and they still treated me as if I bought it yesterday. I when in for normal oil service and was informed me of a recall, I think many years old. Though I was in the express lube line the service writer said that they could complete the work in just a couple of hours. I went back after 2 hours and to my surprise I was told it was done and the charge for the oil service was less than expected. I'm a happy satisfied Customer! Highly recommend this Service Department to anyone without any hesitation. I will continue to be a loyal Client. More

Recall service deal I'm very disappointed and the experience I had at your dealership service department. I had made an appointment to have my car check for the transmiss I'm very disappointed and the experience I had at your dealership service department. I had made an appointment to have my car check for the transmission when I got there I was told they were very busy and they could not get to it on that day I waited for an hour even though I had an appointment to take care of a recall that I had made a few weeks ago. What got me more of said was that I was standing there in a couple of people walked up and they over saw me and they help those people even though I was next to be helped I felt invisible at that point very bad experience I felt at that moment. It hasn't been the first time that I've been there that I was overseeing by the person checking people in this person should be taken out and put somewhere else because his customer service is very bad. I finally got the attention of a male Hispanic employee and he finally helped me out. I left my vehicle at 11:15am and picked it up at 2;10pm the service was just an oil change . I went on my own without be notified my car was ready. My vehicle was already serviced so he competed the paperwork . Your service dept is under staff and these two employees are doing the best they can but its not enough. I been going to your dealership for over a year and standard of service has been declining. More
