Oil Change It was easy and quick. The only issue I had is that I was told that the car takes 5.5 liters of oil when the manual states 5.0 liters. So I was confu It was easy and quick. I don't mind paying the extra $10 for a quart, but I thought the manuals would have to be very accurate. I believe Chrysler should print the exact amount of oil on their manuals. Worst Service Department Ever I went in to have my 2015 Dodge 1500 truck repaired do to rough idle and a burning smell. It to them over 3 week to repair my truck. A bit disappointed I went in for airbag and cruise control recall services. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me in the office, but he was kind and I went in for airbag and cruise control recall services. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me in the office, but he was kind and professional. However, when I got my car back home and started wiping it down (because I take very good care of my car) I noticed that the center panel where the gear shift is was all out of whack. I called the dealer and left a message for the rep who helped me (again, can't remember his name). He called me back and left me a msg. I went the following day to show him what had been done. He told me that with the service they did to my car, they should not have touched that part of my car. I wasn't looking for any compensation or anything, however, my car was NOT in the condition in which i had left it. Someone xxxxed with my car. But anyway, my word against the dealers. So, even though the guy that helped me was cool, the guys who worked on my car should be advised to be more careful, considering I paid a lot of money for my car. More

Horrible I was told my car would be ready in 3 hours. When I followed up they had not even looked at my car. Kept it over night with out offering a rental.
