Recall and Oil Change I scheduled a recall and an oil change one week prior to going in. The guy at the service counter was rude and started telling me that he doesn’t do r I scheduled a recall and an oil change one week prior to going in. The guy at the service counter was rude and started telling me that he doesn’t do recalls in the weekends. Then, he proceeded to talk about my recall to others around complaining about the recall. Then he took my car and about 2 hours later, called me and told me the recall item was not available and he was going to have to reschedule it. I’m very disappointed. No one called me during the week prior to me going in to let me know the piece was not in stock. It also took him 2 hours to tell me they didn’t have it. Unfortunately this is the closest dealer to me, but it’s a very unprofessional place. I will only return for the recall. Will be taking my car somewhere else for everything else. More
Got the problem solved I had a problem with the ABS light coming on on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was something not similar to routine problem. Even though I have to come back couple of times (because of the unusual nature of the problem) but I'm happy the root cause was found and the issue was resolved. Told Joe my dash speaker is blown and they claim to have replaced a door speaker that had nothing wrong with it . Maybe if the tech listened themselves they would have clearly heard to speaker in the dash rattling. My car was filthy when I got it back and had to request they wash it which was poorly done More

(2) brought van to fix sliding door and they didn't even get to this issue so picked up car after I was told on 2nd day I had to pay $799.00 which is absurd due to the nature of the issue, since i should be able to open sliding door manually but it's dead on locked. With such bad experience from this dealer I've decided never deal with such staff and never buy dodge ever again! And to trying to reach Service by phone or email they never answer/respond, this place hast the worst customer service! More

Long wait, wrong oil! I didn’t mind the long wait but when I went to pay, I asked if they used the right oil, 100% synthetic that my car requires, they said yes but I asked I didn’t mind the long wait but when I went to pay, I asked if they used the right oil, 100% synthetic that my car requires, they said yes but I asked them to check and I was right for asking! They used regular non synthetic oil! They drained it and put in the synthetic, I think, I may never know. If I hadn’t asked they would have tried to get away with it. They didn’t even apologize! This is why I do not like using dealerships. Lost me as a customer. More
