Most frustrating service experience I've had in 5 years I desperately hoped for a great experience but just had a very long and frustrating one. I made an appt 2 weeks in advance for a eco diesel recall and I desperately hoped for a great experience but just had a very long and frustrating one. I made an appt 2 weeks in advance for a eco diesel recall and my back tailgate and passenger side window switch not working. I arrived 15mins early for an 8am appt but it took so long to get checked in and paperwork drawn up that I didn't leave the dealer to Enterprise until 9:40am. Enterprise was out of cars that fall under the rental guidelines for us who have cars in service. So i was driven to a 2nd location. Upon arrival and checking the car they located for me, we found the gas tank empty and it was filthy inside. Although they tried to remedy it, it delayed me again and I didn't get to work until 11:30am! The service rep I had was horrible. He NEVER called once to update me and I had to call relentlessly. Often getting hung up on, or being put on hold with no answer for 8 or 9mins at a time until I hung up and would call back. I was told it would be done in a day or so and that parts were ordered but when I called again Thursday my car still wasn't being worked on. I had to escalate my issue to the GM who was the only reason I actually got to pick up my car Friday afternoon! And when I arrived my right window switch was still broken. Luckily a service tech was able to switch it from a car on the lot but the overall experience was painful. They need someone to answer calls all day, have access to service status and be better in communication and efficiency. They are too packed with such a small service center. I think they should turn the old dealership across the street into Service Only. I dread the idea of having to go back there but I do hope they can make improvements so it is a better experience for everyone. More

squeaking brakes I brought my 2019 truck in because the breaks squeal all the time going down my canyon and beyond. They replaced the back breaks but the problem seems I brought my 2019 truck in because the breaks squeal all the time going down my canyon and beyond. They replaced the back breaks but the problem seems to be coming from the front. I'm not sure why the car wasn't tested as almost as soon as I drove it off the lot they were squealing away. It's a big time commitment to bring in my car and then rent a car which I payed additional insurance. The parts you received to replace the back breaks were faulty so I had to pay an additonal day of inusrance. All in all it cost me $100 dollars, two days of having to spend 2 hours a day to go back and forth, and the issue is still there. Not pleased. More
Three vehicles and counting I have bought many vehicles from this dealership. They are always really easy to deal with. No hard sell, or pressure. Finance department will work hard to get the best rate possible. Huge difference shopping here vs. some other dealers. They always have the inventory I want, and make every effort to get the deal done on terms that I can afford. Always recommend these guys first. Thanks again for the great job. I enjoyed the experience besides body shop guy Everybody were very professional as far as explaining the car inspection and working on the car the most impressive part of the experience was hand wa Everybody were very professional as far as explaining the car inspection and working on the car the most impressive part of the experience was hand washing my vehicle which was really a matter I wanted to do but didn’t have the time and the guy did great job. how ever it seems like there is some sort of sub contracted facility which is a body shop and the guy who sits there his name is lee I believe is not very nice and not very professional. The approach that he had towards a solution was horrible and rude and and later on it felt like he is trying to rip me off. Would be nice if a decision maker will approach to him and explain him that a young client might look naive but defiantly not stupid especially when I’m a sales trainer Thank you very much. More
Took a long time for a oil change. Took my Jeep in for a oil change at 8am didn’t get my Jeep back until about 2:30pm. Tires pressure on tires were not adjusted. Coolant was not filled, it’s lower than the minimum level. The paperwork said all tires where checked and all fluids were filled. Not the case. Disappointed. More

I had just purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep wrangler from a dealership in I have nothing short of an excellent experience with the service department. I had just purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep wrangler from a dealership in Norco, CA. I realized on the way back from the Norco dealership that the GPS was not working. Long story short, I didn't want to drive all the way out to Norco (some 95 miles from where I live) so I brought my Jeep into Dependable Dodge. Hector, one of the service managers, greeted me and let me know that he was busy with another customer and that he would be with me as soon as he finished with the previous customer. This was courteous and very professional. The car was there for 3 weeks but Hector kept me abreast of what was happening throughout the 3 weeks (replacing a wire harness and a couple antennas). When it was finally ready to be picked up he again went over all the repairs with me as did the technician, Scott. When I went to pick up the car, I had a few questions about certain functions the car offered and Hector kindly gave me a quick tutorial on how the electronic systems worked. Overall, I had a great experience. More
