My brand new Grand Cherokee High Altitude Love my new High Altitude. It’s my fifth or sixth Jeep. Dependable had lots of stock, and made it very easy to make the buy. That’s pretty much where the “good” ends. My requirements included a roof rack, and running boards. At the time of the purchase I said I’d buy the car, let me know when the roof racks and running boards were installed and I’d pick up the car. No ! Take the car, we’ll order the parts. It’ll only take a few hours to install. In no particular order: sales rep forgot to order the running boards - he’d check with the sales manager; the sales rep manager said my (high end Altitude) Jeep didn’t come with the rails necessary to mount the racks (he’d check to see if he had them); the first set of running boards were scratched and couldn’t be installed (I found that out when I called to see if the car was ready for me to pick up); the second set of running boards didn’t fit the chassis (the service rep said he didn’t know what the parts department was doing). Turns out that the trunk cover that I returned with my 2012 Jeep, is an extra with my new 2019. Go figure! Still no roof racks and running boards !!! More

There is no customer service example; no one called about any condition of the repairs even leaving messages with any of the employers did absolutely no good. Even the "president/owner" lied strait to my face. And multiple times over a 5 week period stated "we're working out the bugs to the phone lines and we did not know how to get messages (over 5 weeks!!!) In addition after I got my jeep back it the engine self destructed with-in 300 miles and took another 3 weeks to fix it for the same problem that was first worked on. And at 5:45pm I was called and was threaten that if I did not return the loaner car by 8 am the following morning I was going to be charge for the car. Then after I stated I was working 7am to 7pm the next day I was told go late to work or else! More

Short of Help and People Need a Little Training I was told you were short to service staff as an explanation for why I waited about an hour after arriving to get to talk to a service rep. Everyone had to wait a long time to see a service rep. This is the main reason I would not recommend your dealership for service. It might have just been a bad day but it is my first experience with you guys and it was a little disappointing. I used to get my Chrysler Town and Country serviced across he street. When I called to see what was the best time to bring in my car for service I asked if you guys had access to my service records from across the street. I was told no, you could not access their computer records. I called Chrysler Corp and talked to a customer service person. She not only said your organization can access my service records on-line, she logged onto my account and told me my recent service history. When I brought my car in, I told the service rep that Chrysler told me that he could access my records on-line and if he did not know how he should call the corporate person I talked to. He said he could not access my records and he did not have time to even try. I was disappointed that your service rep did not know my service history to make sure I was getting done what needed getting done and I was not spending money on things that I did not need. I did have most of the paperwork from my service and your guy did look at that. However, I was a little disappointed that your guys were a little low tech and were not able to take a minute to figure out how to read my on-line history. One more thing, when I asked to talk to a manager for help on this issue, I was told that the manager was on vacation for two weeks. The answer I was expecting to hear was that he would get the assistant manager for me. One other disappointment was I asked for a copy of the checklist of the total inspection I was told my car would get. I was told there is no checklist to give me. That is a first for me!!!! More

A Horrible Experience This was my first time at Dependable Dodge. The service person (Joe or John) lied to me every day for 4 days. He Kept saying he would call me - He NEVER did. I had to borrow a car to drive to you to find out about my vehicle. I was charged for something that I should not have been. To say in your name that you are Dependable - is just a LIE. I am still waiting for corrective action by the service Manager, When he returns from Vacation. Apparently no one can fill in while he is away. I am very upset and disappointed that I had no other option than to go here. More
