The wait was worth it We sold out previous pick-up truck and tried to purchase a RAM 1500 Eco-Diesel back in late 2018, but none were available. We waited and waited, and We sold out previous pick-up truck and tried to purchase a RAM 1500 Eco-Diesel back in late 2018, but none were available. We waited and waited, and waited some more... government red tape re: EPA authorization so we were told... then decided to contact DEPENDABLE DODGE, in our back yard... Best decision !!! We ordered our RAM and were prepared to wait for who knows how long... but we were pleasantly surprised when we were notified that our trick had been delivered in slightly over 4 weeks... Go figure.... The paperwork was swift, and away we went happy new truck owners. We would recommend DEPENDABLE DODGE !!! More

Some things good, some not My salesperson was Jonathan and he was very helpful, but it seems that not everything works together so well. I purchased a 2016 JKU and it had a coup My salesperson was Jonathan and he was very helpful, but it seems that not everything works together so well. I purchased a 2016 JKU and it had a couple of issues. One was a bad high beam located in the bumper. I was told this had to be ordered and would be shipped to me. The other issue was a bad chip, (or rather a small crack), in the windshield. I was told to have the windshield replaced and send a copy of the receipt and I would be reimbursed. I did so and I was sent a check for what I paid for the work, but I am still waiting for my lights. I have called Jonathan a number of times and he has assured me this was being taken care of and he forwarded the information to the correct party for me. I believe Jonathan did his part, however I am still driving around with only one high beam. I went online this morning and sent a comment to the service department about this delay, as it has been about 4 weeks now, but I have not received the lights. I am a pretty patient person and the Jeep is seldom driven at night. I am wondering what I need to do next or who I need to contact. These parts are not that hard to find. I feel as if I am being ignored because the sale is done and I am a 2 hour drive away. I have been holding off writing this review, but I think enough time has passed. More
