Some things good, some not My salesperson was Jonathan and he was very helpful, but it seems that not everything works together so well. I purchased a 2016 JKU and it had a coup My salesperson was Jonathan and he was very helpful, but it seems that not everything works together so well. I purchased a 2016 JKU and it had a couple of issues. One was a bad high beam located in the bumper. I was told this had to be ordered and would be shipped to me. The other issue was a bad chip, (or rather a small crack), in the windshield. I was told to have the windshield replaced and send a copy of the receipt and I would be reimbursed. I did so and I was sent a check for what I paid for the work, but I am still waiting for my lights. I have called Jonathan a number of times and he has assured me this was being taken care of and he forwarded the information to the correct party for me. I believe Jonathan did his part, however I am still driving around with only one high beam. I went online this morning and sent a comment to the service department about this delay, as it has been about 4 weeks now, but I have not received the lights. I am a pretty patient person and the Jeep is seldom driven at night. I am wondering what I need to do next or who I need to contact. These parts are not that hard to find. I feel as if I am being ignored because the sale is done and I am a 2 hour drive away. I have been holding off writing this review, but I think enough time has passed. More
