False Promises When I was buying my truck, the salesperson (brother of owner) included a bed liner for $550 which was added to the price of my new truck. Once I was at the finance department stage, the finance woman took the agreed total price and translated it to her documents, never noting that the total price included a bed liner. I paid the total price in cash and when I went back to get my bed liner, the person who wrote it up forgot who I was and never remembered a bed liner. They told me to talk to the owner, and he never returned my call or responded. So, to me, I was cheated and not even given the respect of someone following through. More

I went there to pay cash for my car.
