Easy, simple and felt cared for, in buying a truck. I walked into Dependable Dodge to buy a used truck. Had some text messages about a possible in stock truck, then went on site for a test drive. Jeff qu walked into Dependable Dodge to buy a used truck. Had some text messages about a possible in stock truck, then went on site for a test drive. Jeff quickly helped, moved things around and got the truck out for me. He never tried to up sell, but I was the one that wondered about financing options for new, instead of buying used. We got back, and I drove a new truck, he then ran the numbers and found I qualified for the best rates. He never pressured. There was the ubiquitous extended warranty sale press, but otherwise really easy. Todays world gives you very little to negotiate on price, but was a good experience. Worked with Jon (one of the owners) in finance and was a great experience there. Nice pleasant and personable, told me some great war stories (selling cars). Would HIGHLY recommend, going there. More

I was able to put a deposit on my wrangler before it arrived to the dealership.
