Great dealership, great mechanics/techs and sales people. Wish the scheduling system spaced the appointments out better so it didn't back things up, can't blame the service advisors for that. Mostly positive experiences here. But my most recent appt was at 845am and the car wasn’t seen until 1030. Repairs started about 1045. Out by 1130. Long morning before a five hour drive out of town same day. Not happy about the wait. Would be good to let customers know their appt isn’t necessarily related to when the work begins and they may have a three hour wait for 45-minutes of repair work. More
