Experienced Service Advisor I had made an appointment with Classic CDJR service department to get a state inspection done, and they set the date & time. When I arrived for the ap I had made an appointment with Classic CDJR service department to get a state inspection done, and they set the date & time. When I arrived for the appointment they had no one qualified to do the inspection. They sent me to Classic Mazda Service department and Chris Tucker whom had been my service advisor for years made sure all service was completed promptly and even provided a courtesy wash on my vehicle. I like my MOPAR vehicles but, I will try to make an appointment to get the service done in the Classic Mazde Service Department first with the trusted service advisor who convinced me to trade for the vehicle in 2011. More

Waiting area has coffee/snacks, beverages and a TV. Courteous staff that talks through to explain why certain services are necessary or need to be done within a certain time-frame. More
Vehicle was towed to the service station as the car was not Spoke to Mr. James Sepher service advisor who helped me in getting the MAZDA road side assistance, gave the number and the car was towed in an hour an Spoke to Mr. James Sepher service advisor who helped me in getting the MAZDA road side assistance, gave the number and the car was towed in an hour and ever since I approached the desk I was welcomed and agent came with in 5 min and after 30 min I was told that the battery needs to be changed as it ran out of charge due to accidental switching on the dome light. The battery was changed at no cost. Other services were explained. I was very satisfied with the customer care at this classic MAZDA at Denton TX.
