Denton Mazda - Service Center

Didn't provide quote before doing a simple hitch install I provided in 2023 CX-5. Should have been easily completed under an hour. Was charged 2.5 hours after the unauthorized work was done. Insane to be charged $480 considering every other shop I called quoted around $200. Also charged for wire harness they did not have on hand. No way I'm having them install. Will go to honest shop with up front pricing and signed authorization before doing any work. More

The service department was fantastic. Changed the oil, checked the tire pressure & discovered a screw in the tire. Fixed it & had the car ready to go in less than two hours.
