Just moved to Denton area and my 2022 CX5 needed its next service. Easy to book appointment, Garold the service advisor was very professional and explained everything. Not a great service, I have told some issues about getting a sound on slow speed and it wasn’t taken care. Service is consistently spotty at best. Long delays once at my appointment because they get the order of incoming cars screwed up. I call and schedule oil change and filter and that my back hatch (cx5) won’t open. The agent says that’s typically the car battery. Which reminds me that I am having battery issues (ignition is consistently sluggish on starts) so I have them add that to the list. I get to my appointment and give the service dude my keys. He thinks I need a battery in my key fob. I go to check out after 75 minutes and the bill is only $83. Too low. I ask and he realizes that I needed a CAR battery. I ask whether checking the battery is in their 15 point inspection. It’s not. i wait another 45 minutes to get the new battery installed. I think that 3 of my last 4 servicings at this dealer have been flubbed up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE OR REPAIRS More
