Not impressed with my most recent visit. The customer service was pretty abysmal. Dropped off my car (only car I have) for an oil change and to read a check engine code. Tried calling numerous times only to be told it was finished yet, no details, just very generic. My friend drove me to the dealership this morning so I could just get my vehicle back. If you need to keep the car longer than initially communicated, TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT. No communication for 24 hours is absolutely ridiculous, I don’t care how busy you get, figure out a way to communicate. I need my car for work, so either get me a loaner for the day or whatever it takes to get my car finished. More
