Great management I drop my CX-9 off 7am for a recall, a no working horn, alignment and state inspection, the service rep told me it would be 139 diagnostic fee, aske I drop my CX-9 off 7am for a recall, a no working horn, alignment and state inspection, the service rep told me it would be 139 diagnostic fee, asked will that be added with the repair charges he said no that will be additional. I told him I had made arrangements to catch the shuttle. He offered water and coffee while I wait, it took 30 min for shuttle driver to show up, the fridge had no water and when I acquired someone pulled a hot bottle from storage and offered it to me. I left agitated and ticked. So when the service advisors calls me aroud 1230pm and tells me he has diagnose replacing the horn for 240 plus 139 diagnosis fee. I told him no I will get the horn done somewhere else. I asked advisor to just button it up and I will pick it up shortly he then tells me we have yet to do the recall, I told him why not he said it took him over 4 to diagnose the horn, other words were exchanged I then told don't worry about the recall either I will be up their shortly pay 139 and never combat again and hung up. The service manager calls me a couple minutes later and told me he apologize for my situation and said that he value I was a long time customer and would pick up the tab for everything if I gave him a little more time. I think service manager deserves a raise. I will continue going classic mazda not because he picked up the tab, but because made me feel special or a customer not just a number. That's Value More

Love Mazda Of Denton Overall great experience. I will say when I booked my appointment I chose to wait for my vehicle as I have in the past. It took much longer than norma Overall great experience. I will say when I booked my appointment I chose to wait for my vehicle as I have in the past. It took much longer than normal due to the car wash back up. I believe if our paperwork says waiting for vehicle that those vehicles should have priority over other vehicles in the car wash for that reason. One other note of service I would like is to receive my vehicle back with the radio station I have programmed and not a station that is not my kind of music and turned up loud. More

Easiest Car Buying Experience I have purchased 3 cars from the dealership so far, those words alone, should speak for themselves but I have to gush on the staff. All 3 vehicles, my wife's 2014 Jeep Wrangler Willy's Addition, my car a 2016 Hyundai Elantra and my step daughter's 2015 Dodge Dart. All vehicles have been fantastic and sold to us by Travis Allen. He walked us through all the steps and I can't tell you how easy it was to buy a car from him and this incredible staff who is always friendly and easy to talk to. They all should be commended for their amazing customer service. I've only owned my car for a couple of months but I absolutely love it and one of the best vehicles I've ever owned. It's perfect for what I wanted for my next car. Low mileage and the price was just too good to pass up. Thank you all so very much for what you do and I cannot recommend this dealership enough.
