I was at the dealership for four hours total, but that time include a lengthy (45 minute) test drive of the vehicle, and at least 30 minutes of Andrew showing me the amazing features of my new CX-5. He walked me through all packages I was eligible for and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. He was patient yet kept in touch with me as I moved along my slow car-buying process. I did explore other dealerships after our first meeting, but couldn't shake how much I liked the CX-5 and the comfort I felt buying from Don and Classic Mazda of Denton. I feel like I received the best deal for my investment, and enjoyed every minute of my buying experience. When we arrived to pick up the car, they had it washed and ready sitting on the showroom floor. The purchase itself was seamless. They were upfront and honest about pricing. We discussed numbers prior to arrival, and they kept their word and honored the price. They didn't try to use shady dealer add ons to increase the cost of the car at the last minute either as we experienced at other dealerships.
