This is my second time coming here to Classic Mazda, the staff is great and very helpful. I bought my first car here and now my family and I needed a second car and since we had a great experience the first staff is great and very helpful. I would like to make everyone aware that the 2010 CX-7 Turbo is just like the 2007. I already have 65,000 miles on this car and everything is starting to go. I get oil changes every 3500 miles I noticed a smell coming from my exhaust and took it to the Mazda dealership in Denton, TX where I bought the car and they could not find anything wrong. I took it home and the smell got stronger. I took it back to Mazda and now they told me that my oil line was clogged and the Turbo is blown. The advisor than scribbled on a piece of paper and told me that it would cost $2400 because I was 5,000 miles out of my powertrain warranty. I asked for a formal quote and was told that he could write it out neater. I called Mazda Customer Service and they told me that they would see if they could help me. At the end of the day the customer service rep does not call back and Mazda is not willing to stand by their products. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership and would absolutely never recommend Classic Mazda of Denton or Mazda in general to anyone. More
I have been a Mazda owner since 2004. Originally I was turned off by the sales department and I did not buy my Mazda at Classic. I kept receiving correspondence from them though, and after a terrible and turned off by the sales department and I did not buy my Mazda at Classic. I kept receiving correspondence from them though, and after a terrible and expensive issue with Kwik Kar- I decided to give their service center a try. That was the best vehicular decision I have EVER made. I cannot ever give glowing enough reviews of Aaron to do the service he has given me over the years justice. I would not ever take my car anywhere for service ever again. I had used Kwik Kar for oil changes prior to taking my car to the dealership for service. Kwik Kar of Denton managed to mess up the splash guard on my Mazda 3. While driving it came loose and caused an unbelievable amount of damage. I got multiple estimates to have it repaired, and to my shock and dismay - Classic was the cheapest. Aaron was very helpful and even helped me with other issues it had caused that I was unaware had happened. He did this and the total cost was still LOWER than my lowest estimate elsewhere. Over the years he has always been an amazing help - all the way down to reminding me of my coupons when I come in. Thanks to Classic's service center - my next car will also be a Mazda because I know I can trust their service center. (Though I can't lie - if Aaron went elsewhere... so would I). More
I made an appointment to get my headlights adjusted. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, and was told it would take 45 minutes to complete the service. I had my tires replaced on my Mazda CX9. The quoted price was $198 per tire. The price billed was $140 per tire because their supplier gave them a discount. This amazing culture of integrity at Classic will certainly bring me back. More
I bought a Dodge Durango in Sept 2008 and was treated very well. The cost was extremely fair, and I have had no trouble w/ the SUV. The finance dept also went above and beyond. Two weeks after I purchased my Durango, they called and asked me to come in and sign new loan paperwork. They got me a better interest rate and saved me more than $50 a month on my payments. I will definitely do business with this dealership in the future. More
After seeing a vehicle on their website in the used car section, I drove out there on a Saturday to view it in person. I spoke with Mitch initially and then Mike helped me from there on out. These gentlemen proved very professional and courteous. They were patient and WORKED a deal for my trade and to buy the used SUV. I am thoroughly impressed with the service and it shines in contrast to any other time I have gone through the buying process. There was no pressure to use their financing after I told them I was already pre-approved. I am very satisfied with everything, and take delivery of my vehicle on Monday (Mitch is delivering it to Irving for me). Good job guys. More
