Chanston Johnson is so knowledgeable about every aspect of every car in the dealership that it just blows you away. He gets the customer so excited about this new car that you can't wait to purchase it & of every car in the dealership that it just blows you away. He gets the customer so excited about this new car that you can't wait to purchase it & drive it away. Ryan Rector is the same way and just as knowledgeable about the cars. We have never before been so pleased and satisfied with a buying experience. More
Don is great!!! As a first time car buyer, I was nervous that we would be treated badly. Just the opposite, however! Don and Jack actually care about the people they are selling to. I would highly recommend that we would be treated badly. Just the opposite, however! Don and Jack actually care about the people they are selling to. We recently bought a used 2006 Honda Odyssey from Classic of Denton and had an excellent experience. Donny Sides greeted us as we got out of our car and from the beginning had a no-pressure approach. We had done some research and found the car online which is what brought us to the dealer. The car and price was exactly as presented online on autotrader and on the dealer's website. Donny quickly went and got the keys for us to have a look inside and offered to go on a test drive with me to check it out. He never tried to up-sell us on a more expensive vehicle and patiently answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and anything he didn't know, he quickly offered to look up or find out. We came back a couple days later to take it out for a longer test drive and to have our own mechanic look at it. Our mechanic did find one thing wrong with the car that the dealer's mechanic had overlooked which resulted in needing an expensive repair (around $500). Once we brought this to Donny's attention, he quickly got with his manager, they took another look at the paperwork and saw they had overlooked it and worked out a very fair price with us. Never once did we feel like we were being taken advantage of or being put through the ringer. The transaction was as honest and straightforward as I could have asked for and I will definitely be sending anyone who's looking for a new or used vehicle to Classic Mazda of Denton. Thank you Donny! More

I am in the Air Force and I had to drive my Mazda 3 from Colorado to Dallas so it may be shipped to Germany. What I didn't do before I left was get a spare key made. Classic was the closest dealership to wh Colorado to Dallas so it may be shipped to Germany. What I didn't do before I left was get a spare key made. Classic was the closest dealership to where I was and I am glad I went there! James, was the individual I worked with and he was awesome. I was in a time crunch as I had a flight back to CO later in the day. He got my vehicle in and the key made quickly. They also found out one of my engine brackets was broken, which would explain why my 3 had been vibrating while stopped in drive. After they repaired the bracket, there wasn't anymore vibrations and they also hand washed my car(which I needed to do before shipping it). To top it off James gave me a ride to the airport. Overall I had a great experience from this dealer and have to tip my hat to James Fife and everyone at Classic Mazda of Denton! More
Purchased my second vehicle from Classic Mazda and I was told that I had satellite in my vehicle and that all I had to do was call the 800 number to get it turned on. I didn't have the money to do it at th told that I had satellite in my vehicle and that all I had to do was call the 800 number to get it turned on. I didn't have the money to do it at the time so I waited two months. I called to have it turned on and to my dismay, I did not have satellite in my vehicle. I recently went to the dealership and talked to Mr. Wick. He was very apologetic and set up a day for me to come in and get satellite installed in my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I actually had to take in my 2006 Mazda 3s quite a few times to get worked on. I bought the car used from another dealership, and the previous owner was some kid that did a lot of aftermarket work on the times to get worked on. I bought the car used from another dealership, and the previous owner was some kid that did a lot of aftermarket work on the car, which looked cool, but was done on the cheap. So, I had to go over the car and replace or redo a lot of what was done the right way. The car was still under warranty, so I would take it in there to check to see if certain issues were covered or not. I actually got to know Aaron and James in the service department pretty well and developed a relationship with them. They would be patient with me and not over charge me, and usually not charge me to check something out really quick if they determined that it wasn't warranty related (from the aftermarket stuff). Once I couldv'e sworn that one of the speakers was bad, and they checked it out, but couldn't find anything wrong with it, and still went ahead and replaced it for free so I'd feel at ease. There were even times when I thought the brake pads needed to be replaced, and I was told that they were fine! It got to the point that if they said it needed something I knew I could trust them and that they'd give me the best price on a repair that they could. I take my car in for every oil change, because I know they'll be honest if they find something, and so far they haven't. I've also taken in my car for two insurance paid repairs, with one major one. On that last one I was sure my car would be totaled by the insurance company. I had already put a lot of work and money into my car, and it would have been out a lot more than I owed if they did it, so I asked Aaron to do whatever he could, and he assured me that he'd do his best with the adjuster. Sure enough, everything was fine and my car was good as new. I recently moved to Dallas so I took my car to the Mesquite dealership after the engine light went on and they charged me $100 to tell me the thermostat was bad, and it would cost $350 to fix it, and that the part was $75. I checked online and the part was $60 msrp and $45 actual; all day long. So, I tested it and called the Denton service center and sure enough, James remembered me on the phone and the price I was quoted was about $80 cheaper. That was still way too much for such a simple job that I'm gonna do myself, but if you have to pay dealership prices to get OEM and guaranteed work, and you don't want to worry about getting taken advantage of, or treated like a number, then go there. These guys were not pushy, they always asked me if I was comfortable every step of the way, and respected my concerns/financial issues. I already knew what car I wanted, so most of my experience there w comfortable every step of the way, and respected my concerns/financial issues. I already knew what car I wanted, so most of my experience there was reviewing Classic Mazda's services and going over the numbers, which can be the most difficult area of the car-buying process. But the gentleman at Classic worked to earn my trust and didn't try to start me off with some ridiculous number to begin the haggling game. They never once began the whole "bit" about running back to a sales manager and coming back. I was pleasantly surprised and left there with a new car. More
Started shopping for a new mazda3 in June. Darius was the only one who would give me a quote in writing, was truthful about having the car in stock OR NOT, and price. I thought I was going to get to pur the only one who would give me a quote in writing, was truthful about having the car in stock OR NOT, and price. I thought I was going to get to purchase June, but when my situation changed, I had to tell everyone I couldn't right then and I would be in touch. Darius is the only one who left me alone to get through my "stuff". The other dealers became VERY annoying with emails and phone calls. When I finally contacted Darius on 7/20 to purchase, Darius honored the previous price. He was upfront about the car being in route and made the purchase quick and simple. We were in and out in an hour. THANKS DARIUS AND CLASSIC OF DENTON! You have my business! More
