Vehicle Maintenance I wish there was some loyalty with the customers who purchased from Classic and make an effort to continue to come to them for service. The prices for service are more expensive than other places I go, but again, I return here because of the familiarity with where I bought my car. The time I wait is also a complication, but it is what it is. I would also make a suggestion that they do a better job washing/cleaning the cars. I always have scrapes to buff out of the ceiling on the interior of my car and the windows/windshield always have residue on them when I get my car back. This dealership isn't the easiest to get to, but it's a very nice establishment with friendly staff. I bought my car here and I get most of my service done here, but it's a half-day commitment for me when I come by. My last 3 visits have been 1.5 hr, 5 hr, and yesterday 3 hr (this was always during weekdays). I live in Dallas so it's a far drive, and with the addition of the time it takes for service, I spend much of the day at the dealership, which is a drag. Luckily there is wi-fi so I can work a bit, but it takes me a week of work-planning to make sure I can use the day for car service. The reason I come all the way back to Classic Mazda is because of the friendliness of the staff, and I simply trust them with my car more than a run-of-the-mill service shop. More

Good people selling a good product. My journey started with Kurt Chase and his guidance. He contacted the dealers of the Makes I wished to test drive. Within a few hours Rick Wick (yep, My journey started with Kurt Chase and his guidance. He contacted the dealers of the Makes I wished to test drive. Within a few hours Rick Wick (yep, that's his name) called me and by that afternoon I was test driving a CX-5 with Paul Pizzi providing information as we drove. Paul is the "anti-salesman." Paul has been working at Classic Mazda for only a few weeks but has been driving Mazdas for years. Mr Wick hired him to provide personal feedback to potential customers. However, he is a quick study and conveyed valuable information. The features and handling of the CX-5 were so impressive, I cancelled my other test drive appointments. With the help of other staff members - Don in finance and Tareq providing all the details and instruction- I was driving home in my beautiful new SUV the day following my test drive. There is no pressure to "buy up" by sleazy salesmen. There are only professional and personable people equipped to provide Information and respond to questions/needs.
