They paid the difference out of there own pocket because it was the right thing to do. A year later MAZDA USA sent a letter out providing a lifetime warranty on my exact issue. Because of the honorable way the expenses was covered my next purchase of a 2014 Mazda 3 there was no doubt who would get my business. They have earned my loyalty for a long long time. More

would have been perfect but Chance was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He knew absolutely everything about the vehicle he showed us and demonstrated it during the test Chance was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He is 100% responsible for us buying this specific car. We had looked at 5 different cars/dealers by that time. The only negative interaction came with one of the managers after we had already decided on a specific car and had come back in to finalize the deal. Chance could not be there so he texted me that he had discussed it with one of his managers and they would help me when i got there. When I arrived and was taken to Ryan Rector's desk, he looked at me with a blank look that made me feel like I was putting him out and based upon his condescending comments demonstrated to me that he had no desire to help me. And I was right! The meeting with Ryan was completely unproductive and resulted in me leaving determined to buy a new car from a different dealer. Had it not been for Chance calling me the next day, I would have bought a different car from a different dealer. You should give Ryan's job to Chance except then you'd lose a great salesman. More

I mean I was really interested in the Mazda3 no doubt but when he showed us the braking system and turning a corner on two wheels ( it felt like) I knew the Mazda3 was for me. I was very worried later when doing my paper work and saw our salesman helping an elderly couple! Nope, I will never forget my experience with Classic Mazda of Denton priceless!!!! More

Needs a lesson on politeness. Just purchased a Mazda3 HB, love it! My salesman Tareq was helpful & polite, the Financial Manager, no so! After I informed him I wanted to finance Just purchased a Mazda3 HB, love it! My salesman Tareq was helpful & polite, the Financial Manager, no so! After I informed him I wanted to finance through my bank, not theirs, I met his pissy attitude. Yes, my small town bank could not match the 1.9% they were offering but since it was my money I was spending I wanted to use my bank. I know I can reduce the 48 months down to 3 or even 2 1/2 years without any problems - which I intend on doing and if my bank had not already processed my loan request the previous day, I would have walked out on his pissy attitude. I don't need it or want it. So I used my bank, big deal, get over it already, you got the money for the car either way. You could at least pretend to be civil & polite Mr. Cooper, even if you don't agree with how your customers are managing THEIR MONEY. Once again, I LOVE MY CAR! More
